VILLA MARIA is a small, family run guest house, full of charm and character that has over the past twenty years become the meeting place for many of our guests who return year after year. At Villa Maria we take pride in providing our guests with a warm welcome.

A beautiful, unique villa set in colourful tropical grounds extending to 1 1/2 acres. The villa offers 6 bedrooms, and will accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, with extra sofa beds if required. The fully tiled, private pool is larger than many hotel pools.

A peaceful location in an olive grove far away from the main road with beautiful views of verdant mountains and the island of Ithaca guarantee relaxing holidays. The villa has its own pool and barbeque, while the crystal clear Ionian Sea is only 1km away. Village of Sami is 2km away from the villa.

The white Cycladic-style houses form with their walls the Castle of Kimolos, built in the 16th century. One of these houses, renewed with respect for tradition in 2008, forms an independent self-catering accommodation for up to six people.

Villa Eleonorae is your well appointed and comfortable home nestled into the hill side in a tranquil setting. Yet it is conveniently close to the village of Glossa and many beautiful beaches. The south westerly views are simply enchanting, with panoramic views overlooking sea and islands.

The villas are just 3 minutes wald from the most beautiful beach of northern Crete and just maximum ten minutes walk from the farthest amenity. Car is not neccessary unless you wish to discover the beautiful places of our island.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.

This traditional cottage is in an idyllic secluded location whilst near to lovely beaches and within easy walking distance of all amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a swimming pool.
