VILLA MARIA is a small, family run guest house, full of charm and character that has over the past twenty years become the meeting place for many of our guests who return year after year. At Villa Maria we take pride in providing our guests with a warm welcome.

The Apartments are in the Centre of the Village of Koutouloufaril - 800 mtrs.from the beach & the center of Hersonisos. Well equipped; with pool, internet, sat tv, air con, excellent Restaurant, Golf course in 4 km. Activities incl. scuba diving, sailing, mountain biking, parachuting and much more.

If you would like to enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Cretan house in a lovely Cretan village, then a stay at Afroditi house is the ideal place to spend your holiday. A fine balance between the old and the new is maintained to provide maximum comfort and unique atmosphere.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.

A small complex, very complete and well taken care of. Consists of 2 units, each having 2 large 3-room houses surrounded with a beautiful garden. Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos.

Our luxury penthouse is in the perfect downtown Athens neighborhood, walking distance to the Acropolis, the Plaka and Syntagma Square, yet in a residential area full of true Athens charm. Our terrace has stunning views of the city, the Parthenon and Mt Lykavittos.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.
