This amazing, excellently equipped villa, occupies a unique position on the top of a hill of outstanding natural beauty in the outskirts of Neoxorio village. Due to its location offers panoramic view of Messinian bay and the local olive groves as well to the Taygetos mountain.

Marianna apartments have an idyllic location being close to the beach and within easy walking distance of all amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a swimming pool.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.
