Le Maupas is a 17th Century Normandy Long house, built in 1668 and loving renovated keeping lots of it's original features, such as large stone fire places in the dining room and guests lounge. We offer two double rooms and a twin room. Le Maupas sits in 15 acres of rolling hills and farmland.

The house provides a cosy base for walkers and cyclists exploring the forests of the Parc Naturel Regional d'Armorique and the Monts D'Arree. In easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes of the pretty market town of Huelgoat, the house has just 3 ensuite bedrooms, all charmingly furnished.

The farmhouse is 2km from Lassay les Chateaux, a Medieval Petite City de Character in the Mayenne. La Cloue is on our 15 acre smallholding with great views over the valley. We have a large organic vegetable garden, orchard and free range poultry. Continental breakfast, Evening meals by arrangement.
