The property is centrally located for a wide range of holiday activities. Numerous onsite facilities include a large private swimming pool with a summer kitchen. The local town of Rouffignac St Cernin offers a good selection of amenities, including restaurants, shops and that all-important baguette.

Chalet Berrier is a new chalet built on three floors in the traditional style giving it a classic mountain look and feel. It will sleep upwards of 12 in 6 bedrooms and has central heating, with under floor heating on the ground and middle floors. On the ground floor a garage is used as a ski room.

The campsite is located at only 15 minutes walking distance of the beach. We are in the South of France in the department l'Herault. We are at 80 km of Montpellier and at 90 km from Carcassonne.

St Leon is set at the end of a tranquil country lane with a heated swimming pool. It is 5km from Languidic which has all the amenities you require as well as a motorway exit to allow easy exploration of the morbihan.
