The apartment is within 200m of the ski slopes in Le Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, France and is an easy walking distance from the village centre, with its good selection of shops and restaurants. There is a swimming pool, sauna and steam room and beautiful mountain views from the terrace.

The cottage is in an excellent sight-seeing location encircled by the many tourist attractions of the area.
