Our 17th century farmhouse is our home and also offers two self-catering holiday cottages each with their own private garden and terrace area and access to our large enclosed garden and fenced pool. We are close to the village of Aubeterre and it's river beach and also to the beautiful Lake Jemaye.

Cottage La Fontaine is completely renovated in 2011. Electricity renewed, new kitchen, 50m² lounge with French windows, fenced garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 new luxury bathrooms + jacuzzi, utility room, above ground pool. At 150m from salmon/trout river Gave d'Oloron in Sauveterre de Béarn.

The cottage is in a tranquil rural setting, 5km from Languidic which has all the amenities you require as well as a motorway exit to allow easy exploration of the morbihan.

Our house is within easy walking distance of several beaches and the little port with its restaurants and bars. It is on the first floor with a large south facing sunny terrace on the same level and a private garden downstairs.

Le Vieux Cafe is set in the pretty village of Lairoux only a 15 minute drive to the beaches of the southern Vendée. Perfect for families and dogs are welcome too. 3 bedrooms, private terrace, heated pool, large games room and gardens for playing and relaxing. Open all year.
