The farmhouse is 2km from Lassay les Chateaux, a Medieval Petite City de Character in the Mayenne. La Cloue is on our 15 acre smallholding with great views over the valley. Fishing-paradise! 'Motje' is a typical 18th century farmhouse that has been converted into a charming, self-catering cottage. Set amongst bocage trees occuping 987m2, on the outskirts of Saint-Bomer-les-Forges. The cottage has spectacular views from the Kitchen, Living room and Bedrooms.

Villa Lucia is an idyllic location close to the beach: 10 minutes by walk, shops and restaurants: 5 minutes by car. It is furnished to a high standard and has in own pool.

The cottage is well situated overlooking the river Sienne and Abbaye d'Hambye. It has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor single bedroom and wet room is ideal for those guests who cannot manage a flight of stairs.
