The cottage: Le Pigeonnier accommodates 6 people. It has a private garden with a view of the forest and a shared swimming pool. You need 20 minutes drive to Bordeaux and 20 to 40 minutes to the main wine areas. It's 1 hour from the ocean and lake areas. It's 800m from to the village.

Our beautiful 19th century house with its former Cognac distillery is set in a small hamlet with a fishing lake and 11th century church. Nearby the rolling countryside is surrounded by vineyards, sunflower fields and quiet roads making it ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers.

The villa is on the edge of a quiet pretty village, within easy walking distance of the village centre with its shops, bars & restaurants. The villa is modern, spacious and comfortably furnished to sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms. With own pool and just 10km from the nearest sandy Mediterranean beach resort.

Guests to the gites at 'Le jardin des Amis' share a large pool and other facilities on site whilst being only 600m from the centre of Meyrals village with it's restaurant, bar, boulangerie etc. The location is perfect for reaching the huge number of tourist sites which are within 15 minutes drive
