Our two apartments are located on beach, 10 meters from Adriatic sea, and both have see view from spacious terrace. Apartments are located on famous natural pebble beach Stanici, in first row to the Adriatic sea. They are modernly furnished and fully equipped.

Villa Zupa is located in a secluded place surrounded by mountain and green areas. It is just along the road, but without disturbing noise due to low traffic. You will have peace and quiet.

Luxury apartment is a convenient starting point for visits to Dubrovnik (only 15km by road and a lovely half-hour boat ride), the enchanting Riviera coastline. The local beach is just few minute walk, with crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing...

The house has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings at the end of the street. Detached holiday house for 6 to 8 people, 40m from the sea with heating private outdoor pool. Outside swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1.5 meter) with hydro massage for two.
