The beautiful and traditional village Sivas, located in the South of Crete, is surrounded by true nature. Here, we built in 2005 the so- called "Sigelakis Studios" on the top of a small hill with fantastic view. They are very comfortable apartments furnished in the warm greek style of this region.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.

This quiet home from home villa is ideally situated in a small olive grove but within 5 mins of the main highway. After a day exploring this unspoilt part of Crete what better than to return to Kalokairi to relax or take a refreshing dip in the solar heated pool.
