The house has seven double bedrooms, five of them with en suite bathroom and two that share an adjoining bathroom, it also has spacious and comfortable common areas for groups of friends or families with children, garden, parking, 5x10 pool with solarium, table Outdoor ping pong and barbecue .

The villa is considered by many of our clients as an oasis. Situated at Los Marines, a tiny hamlet 3km from Lake Vinuela near Periana and only a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport is our villa which has charm and originality, standing on a hill surrounded by mountains and olive groves.

In the centre of the village, close to shops, bars and restaurants, the house is 20 minutes drive from the coast, and has lovely views. There is a communal swimming pool nearby, and there are many walks in the Sierra Tejeda National Park straight from the house, including climbing the Maroma, 2065m
