Steppes Farm is a unique, granite built 14th century farmhouse, complete with dry moat and turret. Our self catering holiday cottages are furnished to a luxurious standard and are set in 20 acres of an area of outstanding natural beauty - only five miles from the breathtaking Cornish coast.

Five delightful cottages converted from 18th Century farm buildings, standing at the end of a private tree lined drive, in quiet rural setting, ideal touring base for north Cornish coast, 2 miles from the A39, with Crackington Haven, Bude and Boscastle all nearby. All have a 4 star grading.

Sunnyside is a lovely south facing Cornish cottage in Marazion with wonderful sea views and of course the stunning St Michael's Mount out in the bay, and there are super views of the Mount and the bay from all the windows at the front of the cottage. There is a garden, terraced decking and parking.

The cottage is in an idyllic location on a very quiet country lane with far reaching views to the sea. The splendid beaches of both the north and south Cornish coasts are a few minutes away. Newlyn, Mousehole, Porthcurno, Sennen and Lands End are all close by.

Gardenia is in a quiet rural location with lovely countryside views. It is part of a distinctive development of seven properties with courtyard parking. Easily accessible to beaches and the coast path, it is a comfortable, well-equipped holiday home with super-fast broadband and an enclosed garden.

Sahara is within 5 minutes walk of Porthilly beach and St Enedoc Golf Club and near to local amenities. It has a sunny aspect and is warm and welcoming for family holidays and Cornish getaways being well equipped for large or small numbers (9-11)with a BBQ for the summer and a log burner for winter

Rock Cottage is in an idyllic waterside location by the Helford River being close to the beach and within easy distance of all amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a boat, jetty, woodland and garden all in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
