You are 5 mins walk from the harbour and many local beaches/activities around Mounts Bay. Newlyn art school school is a short easy stroll away, making Seabreeze cottage an ideal base whilst attending an art course. We have a wealth of knowledge of the area that we are happy to impart to you.

Newlyn is a fantastic location for a holiday, being within a stone's throw of St Ives, Lands End, St Michael's Mount and the Lizard. 2 minutes walk from Newlyn School of Art.
