Our two apartments are located on beach, 10 meters from Adriatic sea, and both have see view from spacious terrace. Apartments are located on famous natural pebble beach Stanici, in first row to the Adriatic sea. They are modernly furnished and fully equipped.

This stunning 11th century stone villa was restored in 2002 by the current owners as a holiday rental. Since then many improvements have been made to adapt the historic villa to take advantage of modern comforts. This spectacular holiday villa can accommodate up to 32 people.

Only 20 minutes drive from Brindisi Airport (17 miles) our spacious villa with new pool 2008 is for rental, sitting in 10000 sq. mtrs with olive/fig trees and recently planted hedge of Ollianda, Lavender and Bay. Close to local town of Carovigno with its delightful shops and restaurants.

The beautiful and traditional village Sivas, located in the South of Crete, is surrounded by true nature. Here, we built in 2005 the so- called "Sigelakis Studios" on the top of a small hill with fantastic view. They are very comfortable apartments furnished in the warm greek style of this region.

Our house is located in Rasnov village, in-between the famous Prahova Valley and Brasov City at 122 miles from Bucharest and 6 miles from the legendary Dracula’s Castle. Located on a picturesque plateau, our house has breathtaking views over the Rasnov fortress, the forest and Piatra Craiului.
