This Villa is located near 2 sandy beaches- Kamenovo and Przno. It is furnished to a high standard and has 9 apartments (2 of them are lux). At a distance of 50 - 70m there is a shop, bus station and restaurant. There are walking paths to Budva and St. Stefan and a bus that runs every 15 minutes.

T1 90m2, excellent terrace with private solarium and barbecue, view to the marina and the gardens/pool, 1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with another Drawer Bed underneath. Beach only at 150 mt, pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.

The estate, 5 km from Jerez city, is surrounded by vines and offers panoramic views of the Sherry district. Self catered accommodation with 9 dbl rooms, livingroom, kitchen, garden and swimming pool. Restauration respecting its old charm and architecture, with the incorporation of modern comfort.

The apartment is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Cochem along the Moselle promenade in a quiet area of Cochem and just a minute from the river. All amenities are within easy walking distance, including a nearby bakers and supermarket. The castle can be reached in just 40 minutes on foot.

The house has a spacious double room with a private bathroom with a balcony with an independent way out to the garden or to your car. The kitchen can be used. If the travelling group consists of more than 2 persons, a second double room can be spared with the extra cost of 20€ per person
