Peacefully located at the end of the East Devon Way, a short walk from the South West Coast Path and Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and a mile from the centre of Lyme Regis.

The property is situated directly on the promenade where no traffic is allowed except for pedestrians and cyclists. From here you can enjoy up to 15 miles of the beautiful Wirral coastline. Within Easy reach of Liverpool and Chester. The decked garden area also has superb river views.
