The villa’s dominating position offers an exceptional view at the entire Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Quiet but not isolated, the villa is situated at 10 minutes walk from the village’s centre. The villa is built on the side of a hill, on a 700 m² property with small terrace.

The flat is located on the first floor of an independent house. It is completly furnished and equipped. Our apartment is 1 km from the largest equipped beach of the Orta lake. 1 km from Gozzano downtown with basic shops. Parking and a large garden free for our guests with gazebo relaxing area

Two gites set in a rural location but not remote. All are furnished to a high standard and have the added bonus of a (shared) pool (end May-mid Sept). Free wifi is available. Gites are located on a domain with a 4 pitch campsite. All adults only. Owner on site.
