Situated in the quiet 'Borik' area of the picturesque town of Rovinj, our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are welcome. The beach is only 250m away - 5 minutes on foot.

Development is built around the marina where you can enjoy 'Mediterainian Style' cafe and restaurants and a luxury shopping. Quite location by the Andaman Sea yet only a few minutes drive to Georgetown the capital of Penang and Malaysia's 2nd city.

Our house is within easy walking distance of several beaches and the little port with its restaurants and bars. It is on the first floor with a large south facing sunny terrace on the same level and a private garden downstairs.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.

The cottage is in an idyllic location being close to the beach and within easy walking distance of all amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a swimming pool and gym. A beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and orchard, a plot of 1700m2

Sunridge Lodge is a cosy Devon holiday lodge with all the trimmings! Originally a dairy barn it has been reinvented with modern interiors, log burner, german kitchen, underfloor heating, power shower, 3D home cinema and of course the mood lit hot tub is just a hop, skip and a jump away!
