There are beautiful private pink sand beaches, crystal clear turquoise water with local reefs 15 feet off shore waiting to be explored. This new house has 2 bedrooms and a terrace with direct access to the beach.

The penthouse is situated in Fuengirola centre, a lively city with 8 km coast and wonderful beaches. Within 3-minute walking distance you will find the cosy square, Plaza de la Constitución.

It consists of two floors. The second level has a double bedroom, a shower room and spacious verandas with seating areas. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double and single bed and a bathroom. The ground floor is also equipped with a kitchen-living space which opens onto a pergola shaded area.
