Casa Rosemont is one of five villas available for holiday rental from La Nueva Villa Collection. The Villa is located within a peaceful cul-de-sac, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Heated Pool, free Wi-Fi and private gated driveway. Relax and enjoy total privacy in a fantastic location!

A small complex, very complete and well taken care of. Consists of 2 units, each having 2 large 3-room houses surrounded with a beautiful garden. Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos.

Set in a 7,000 m² of private garden, with adult and child infinity swimming pools, our 2nd (top) floor south-facing Penthouse has all rooms air-conditioned, high standard of equipment and furnishings provided throughout and uninterrupted sea views from the master suite and the living area.

The three villas are located in a very calm shady vineyard of 3200 sqm with a shared pool at the edge of the village Orhaniye. The place is very suitable for families.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.

The villas are just 3 minutes wald from the most beautiful beach of northern Crete and just maximum ten minutes walk from the farthest amenity. Car is not neccessary unless you wish to discover the beautiful places of our island.

It consists of two floors. The second level provides a kitchen-living area which opens onto a large, pergola shaded veranda with a view of the sea, complete with seating area. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.

Walk to the beach and Karon town center! Just a 5 min. walk from the beach and Karon's vibrant town center, yet in a quiet, secluded spot, you will find this wonderful 156 m² apartment with its light and airy open floor plan. It exudes both luxury and coziness and has a genuinely homely feel to it.
