The house is in the foothills of the Sierra de Columbares in picturesque rural Spain, yet with shops a short walk away. Laid out for easy living, our home is comfortably furnished to a high standard & is well equipped. It has a lovely shared pool area & has beaches & attractions a short drive away.

Our secure facility is ideally located in the north of the island about a mile from Rodney Bay at the prestigious Cap Gate, Cap Estate. The nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes walking and 15 minutes to the nearest supermarkets.

The villas are just 3 minutes wald from the most beautiful beach of northern Crete and just maximum ten minutes walk from the farthest amenity. Car is not neccessary unless you wish to discover the beautiful places of our island.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.
