It consists of two floors. The second level has a double bedroom, a shower room and spacious verandas with seating areas. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double and single bed and a bathroom. The ground floor is also equipped with a kitchen-living space which opens onto a pergola shaded area.

The cottage is in an idyllic location being close to the beach and within easy walking distance of all amenities. The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. Each apartment has private garden; a veranda or a terrace; a double room; a living-room with sofa-bed, a kitchen; bathroom with shower.
