The house in located in a small-scale construction of 19 houses with a communal swimming pool with separate childrens pool and tropical garden.
The location is quite and peaceful with some bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacie etc at walkingdistance. The property is suited for young and old, families, golfers, watersporters, nature lovers, outdoor fanatics and people who just love sea, sun and life.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Warranty €300 per booking This amount is refunded after control of the home manager
Cleaning house €75 per rental This is optional and can be done by the renter himself.
Linen €15 pp/stay In case you want bed and bath linen.
Electricity and water is included in the price unless booked with other price conditions.
Rental conditions
In order to welcome each renter in a clean house we ask to leave the house properly cleaned for the next renter, the fridge emptied leaving no food and waste behind, clean the used kitchen utilities, bed and bath linen washed and stored in the closet and indicate when something is broken or lost.
This way we can guarantee everyone a nice holiday to be fully enjoyed.
When we see that these conditions are not met we can decide to reduce costs upon the warranty but the main purpose remains to give our renters a pleasant stay with no additional costs afterwards.
