This 2 bed 1 bath Bungalow is ideally located in Verdemar IV a very well established, private and very pretty urbanisation. It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped offering all you need for the ideal getaway break. There is a secluded solarium equipped with sun loungers, BBQ, and dining area for al fresco entertaining.
The spacious living/kitchen area has a flat screen TV showing all free to air channels, and always on high speed broadband. Both hot and cold air conditioning ensures your comfort, along with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and oil heaters for cosy winter evenings. The property is fully double glazed.
There is a dining area & breakfast bar leading to a fully fitted kitchen equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven and hob as well as a spacious utility area with boiler, washing machine, ironing board/iron and additional storage space.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, built in wardrobes, and direct access to the terrace and back garden. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and room for a fold up bed for a child. The bathroom is fully fitted with a walk in power shower.
Parking is available directly outside the property and the swimming pool and communal gardens are less than 30 seconds walk from the property.

Location description
Verdemar IV is a small, very pretty, private urbanisation located in Villamartin oppposite the Golf Course. For keen golfers the area offers 4 other championship level courses. Our property overlooks the 15th Green and offers off-street parking directly outside. Ideally located within walking distance to La Fuente, Villamartin Plaza and Rioja Commercial Centres offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants and nightlife all year round. Beautiful sandy beaches are a 7 minute drive away or a 20 minute bus ride and La Zenia Boulevard with over 150 shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk
Villamartin is a popular holiday resort - with almost year round sunshine and easy access to Murcia and Alicante airports from many UK, Irish and European airports. For those with a car there is the opportunity to explore the local and surrounding area, whilst for those without a car there are plenty of facilities within walking distance or using readily available public transport or taxis.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Payment: A deposit of €150 is required to secure your booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Meet & Greet with our Property Manager on arrival and end of rental property clean of €80 is mandatory for all bookings, paid on arrival.
We request a Security deposit of €200 payable with the balance payment - this will be refunded in full within one week of the end of your holiday, providing there are no damages or breakages.
Please note that while we accept bookings of less than 1 week duration, any such bookings will be charged at the weekly rate for any period booked between May to October.
Outside of this period we are happy to accept shorter periods eg long weekends, and these will be charged at a daily pro-rata rate for the period with cleaning charged extra.
Changeover day is flexible.
Guests may check in at any time after 2pm and are requested to check out before 11am on the day of departure.
Alternative check in and check out times can be organised only by special arrangement.
