    Glenalmar is a charming bungalow right next to the sea, the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday with panoramic views over Luce Bay and the Mull of Galloway

    Glenalmar has a fully fitted kitchen with electric double oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Well equipped with all you will require for your holiday. Automatic washing machine and tumble drier. Payphone. Radio and TV.

    Separate dining area with ample room for all guests to eat at the table overlooking the patio and rolling farmland.

    Living Room with large bay window to relax and enjoy panoramic views around Luce Bay and to the Isle of Man on a clear day or just enjoy watching the sea which is just across the road.

    Lovely deep armchairs and sofa, electric log effect fire, colour TV and radio. Supply of books and local tourist information.

    There are 3 bedrooms, one double with sea views, one twin and a single. The bathroom has a full bath and walk in shower and shaving point.

    Patio table and chairs and also sun loungers provided.

    Location description

    Here in Galloway there are many gardens to visit including Castle Kennedy and Logan Botanic Garden.

    The Galloway Hills offer a variety of interesting walks and cycle routes, bicycle hire available too. Dark sky status awarded several years ago and there are walks and viewing spots also within the Galloway Forest Park.

    This is a wonderful area for wildlife and with quiet country roads for cyclists and many signed walks, the only problem will be fitting everything in!

    Western Galloway is the home of Scotland's Booktown at Wigtown and it is easy to while away and hour browsing there and enjoying a cuppa and some lovely home baking.

    Whithorn is recognised as the cradle of Christianity in Scotland and you can trace history back to the arrival of St Ninian at the Visitor Centre and take a walk down Physgill Glen to St Ninians Cave where the tranquillity will astound you.
