Description
Our house is conveniently located less than half a mile outside Crieff and is situated in a quiet location that provides excellent views of the countryside and also the town of Crieff. You will find the house extremely spacious both inside and out with car parking for several cars and also a double garage that may be used. There is an open fire and we provide all the wood that you will need - even during the coldest weather.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed & en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The two sofa beds in rhe front room are doubles but for the sake of comfort we recommend only one guest per bed. Both bedrooms contain hair dryers.
Bathrooms
The en-suite bathroom has jacuzzi bath plus shower over bath, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin. Further large shower room with toilet and wash-hand sink. Also toilet and wash-hand basin in front hall.
Kitchen
This is a well equipped kitchen that contains a casual table for breakfast and a further large dining table, also with sixchairs for formal dining. Large fridge freezer, cooker with hob and microwave. Plenty crockery and cutlery for up to twelve guests.
Utility Room
Handy utility room at back door with washing machine, tumble drier, also iron and ironing board with plenty space to change out of walking boots etc.
Living Rooms
Large living room with sun room attached. Living room contains large modern television with free view. There are three two seater sofas ensuring that your time here will be comfortable and relaxing. The sun room leads off from the living room and offers extremely pleasant views over the large pond, the trees and over to Crieff.

Location description
Our holiday home is situated next to our residential home and shares a large grass area overlooking the pond. Within our 42 acre grounds there is a medium size wood containing mature beech and oak trees and it is not unusual to see deer and buzzards from the windows. There are two resident horses and in the winter you will see cattle grazing. At the bottom of the land you will find the river Earn.
Other activities
Good dining at Yann's, the Lounge, Ghurkas and the Tower Gastro local favourites. In Comrie the Deil's Cauldron is good. In Muthill the Barley Bree has a good reputation too.

We send out a full set of directions two or three weeks before your visit.
For those travelling from the south, once you are past Stirling and have bypassed Dunblane, you take the A822 passing Braco, then Muthill. When you drive along the straight to Crieff, turn left just before the bridge and we are 600 yards along the Strowan road on the right just after the signpost to Alichmore stables (on the left)o
