There are also many other picturesque towns within driving distance, such as Cassis, Bandol, St Tropez, Nice, Monaco, Toulon and of course two of Frances liveliest cities Marseilles and Aix.
There is much to do here, with the mountains being so close to the beaches, therefore offering a wide and varied amount of recreational activities at your disposal, for example:

For sightseeing there is a lot, Many a painter has spent a lifetime capturing the beauty of the area, drawn by the combination of the spectacular mountains, typical provence vin yards, and the calm, clear waters and gently shelved sandy beaches, perfect for young children and water sports. This combination has helped made the area a splendid blend of natural beauty and an inspiration for many artists.
Mountain walks offer picturesque views on the landscape, and prime tourist attractions and beauty spots such as Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Gordes will not fail to impress.
