Description
We present to you a private accommodation of our family in small place Stanici near Omis (Central Dalmatia in Southern Croatia): apartments with large terrace with sea view, located on famous natural pebble beach, in first row to the Adriatic sea ,just 10 meters away from the sea.
Stanici is small, formerly fishing village and now famous tourist place located in long, natural pebble beach that leads you to crystal clean sea.
Stanici is right place for relaxation from stress and speedy way of life. Far away from the traffic noise, in shade of Mediterranean trees, with melody of sea waves you can completely relax.
We invite you to spend your holidays in our apartments in Stanici - Riviera of Omis.
Our two apartments are located on beach, 10 meters from Adriatic sea, and both have see view from spacious terrace. Each apartment has two spacious rooms, modern kitchen (in apartment II kitchen is in same room with bedroom, and in apartment I kitchen is in separate room) and bathroom with toilet.
Each apartment have part of large 50 square meter terrace (separated between apartments with flowers and Mediterranean plants) with an amazing sea sight. Apartment I has grill on its terrase, and apartment II has portable grill.

For each apartment there is one parking place on a private parking lot. Parking lot is situated just below the main road (Adriatic highway - Jadranska magistrala) - to the apartments, which are by the sea, leads a good foot path 100m long with beautiful view to whole Stanici, pebble beach and crystal blue sea.
In west direction from Stanici are Split (30 km) and Omis (4,5 km) and to the east is Makarska (30 km). Stanici are conected with these two towns with Adriatic highway (in Croatian: Jadranska magistrala).
We are renting apartments since 1988. and ours best recommendation are many guests that are visiting us every year.

Location description
Omis - old pirate city, with tower Mirabela and sandy beach next to town centre.
Directions
By car
When you come in Split (using new highway - A1 or old road across Plitvice lakes - D1) you must go 20 km east to Omis using Adriatic road - D8 (in Croatian: Jadranska magistrala). When you are passing through Omis please call me at my mobile phone number: 00385 99 237 4466 and I will wait you in Stanici (4,5 km from Omis to east - just drive at main road).
I will wait you about 300 meters after you pass the sign Stanici - Tice and 10 metars after big poster with photo of Stanici (view picture). Here you will see the sign for restaurant Borovina and hotel Germania. Our parking lot is below the main street and I will direct you there and help you to carry your laguage to apartment.
Stanici is situated on the main road from Split to Makarska (Jadranska magistrala - state road D 8), 30 km east from Split, 4,5 km east from Omis and 30 km west from Makarska.
By bus
On bus terminal in Split you have to catch any bus that goes to east (to Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik...). In Stanici bus station is located 100 m to east from our parking lot.
By plane
From Airport Split in Kastela bus takes us to Split where in the bus terminal you have to catch any bus that goes to east (to Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik...).
By train
Near railway terminal is bus terminal where you have to catch any bus that goes to east (to Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik...).
