    Hi - Welcome to Captain's View
    The detached house was built in 1897 by a retired sea captain - Captain Wright and then converted into two apartments in the 1960's. - I live on the ground floor.
    The property has been fully renovated and newly decorated throughout.

    The fully alarmed accommodation (all centrally heated) is on the top (first) floor (which is reached through your own private front door and flight of stairs) - consists of a large lounge with 42" plasma TV, dvd/cd player/recorder, Hi Fi, Corner leather suite, modern fire and spectacular views up and down the River Mersey and across to Liverpool. There are also patio doors leading on to a small balcony.

    The main bedroom has a kingsize leather bed, flatscreen colour TV, fitted wardrobes and again - stunning views of the river.
    The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room also with TV, dvd player, fitted wardrobes.
    The large bathroom has a separate corner shower and corner bath with fitted units for sink and toilet.

    The kitchen has a TV and is fully fitted with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. (There is a laundry area in the garage with washing machine and tumble dryer). The view from the kitchen window is of a lawned garden and across to the famous Liver Buildings.
    There is then a spacious dining room with extending table, DAB Radio, and if required a comfortable fold-up bed can be provided for that extra person.

    All these rooms lead from a large spacious central hall.
    There is off road parking if required.
