Newly refurbished contemporary two bedroom two bathroom fully equipped self catering apartment in excellent condition throughout and consists of lovely furnishings.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open plan to the stylish lounge. The apartment has balcony, patio furniture, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer. microwave fully equipped kitchen and safe. International Television with lots of channels and fast fiber optic WIFI.
The apartment is located on a complex that shares a large communal pool. The gated pool terrace is set in beautiful gardens that features striking tall palm trees within the well maintained greenery. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge.
The apartment is maintained on a regular basis and the property manager lives locally and is very hands on if any problems arise
Situated within 2 minutes walk to a mini market, restaurant, few bars, and is also close to the Country Club which has many facilities such as pool bar, restaurant, evening entertainment tennis courts etc. There is a traditional English pub, The romantic restaurant La Finca, one of the leading restaurants in the South of Tenerife. And with its cocktails bar for a special place in the sun for the afternoon and evening hours. With live music most nights, whether its saxophone, piano or jazz. Sunday afternoon chill out with live jazz. The La Tasca Bar serving traditional Tapas.
Approx 6 to 7 minutes drive to the beaches of Las Americas ad Los Cristianos and 5 minutes the the Siam Park

Relaxing in Chayofa
Needed a rest, away from the maddening crowd, first time away from the coast in a village 10 minutes from Los Americas. The apartment was excellent the facilities and cleanliness top draw.
Mark the apartment manager was a mine of local knowledge and made my 10 day stay relaxed and enjoyable.
Will definitely book again..
